Our Diagnostic Balance Testing Labs are state-of-the-art facilities. We have the most technologically advanced diagnostic testing equipment available today for diagnosing and treating dizziness and balance disorders. We also make considerable investments into our professionally trained and highly experienced audiology staff to provide the most thorough diagnostic evaluation available today for dizziness and balance impaired patients.
Because there are so many possible causes of dizziness and balance disorders, our physician may order one or all of the diagnostic tests we have available to accurately diagnose a patient’s condition. The type of diagnostic tests a patient receives may also vary, depending on what their physician has ordered.
If a vestibular problem is detected during your Diagnostic Balance Testing Evaluation, further diagnostic tests may be required to more accurately identify the cause of the problem. In some cases, if your symptoms and exam results are suggestive of a specific cause, our physician may then also order additional tests designed to confirm a diagnosis and suggest the best course of treatment.
We currently offer these diagnostic technologies to our patients:
- Rotational Chair Testing
- Videonystagmography Testing
- Computerized Dynamic Posturography Testing
- Audiometric (Hearing) Testing
- Evoked Potential Testing
